We have a new installation of a CUCM cluster (10.5.2.10000-5). The phones are a 7821 and 8851. Corporate directory was working fine but all of a sudden it just says Requesting... and then it says Host Not Found. WebDec 1, 2024 · Like others point out and what could be a hint in the log 7821 file is, that the phone cannot establish a connection to CUCM. In your case, it would be https to CUCM on port 8443. Have you tried to use the URLs in the enterprise parameter only with "http" instead of "https"?
