It is for both practitioners and supervisors. Websupport in the form of training/professional development should be offered if there are concerns identified. If concerns are identified, observati on of the parent educator should take place on a more frequent schedule (e.g., every 6 months) to ensure that visit quality is addressed in a timely way.
