Webb21 jan. 2024 · I upgraded my Xfinity internet speed from 200 MBPS to 600 MBPS as we were only getting about 35-40 MBPS on the 200 MBPS line. After the upgrade I am only getting about 150-200 MBPS at most (both on wifi and LAN). All of these speeds are over wifi. Though on wifi, I would assume to get atleast 400+.
Webb23 mars 2024 · If I log into my Comcast account and search for upgrades for my Internet service, there is only a fiber option. I am maxed out at a supported wire speed of "150 mbps". I attained that with the 5-year old DOCSIS 3.0 device. So, Comcast does not yet offer DOCSIS 3.1 service here; and, they will not reveal that to customers.
