Web9 jul. 2024 · I bought some new Rubicon springs and shocks from a JKU that are 17 AC front and 59 AA rear. But I digress your question was length - my 14 AC measured 16 7/8” and had 6 1/2 coils. The 17 AC are 17 7/8” and have 7 1/4 coils. Similarly, on the rear, the 55 AA are 13 1/2” and have 6 coils. The 59 AA are 14 1/4” and have 7 coils. You do not want your springs going into coil bind or your shocks to bottom out under full compression. Then I replaced the stock steering stabilizer (which has been replaced by the dealer twice) with Teraflex adjustable steering stabilizer.
