I will sprayer my clover plots next week with Clethodim to get the grass early. Then in about 2 weeks (after the clover have all seeded out) mow it back to knock down the broad leafs. The Centurion that I use recommends a 0.19L/ha-0.38L/ha rate, depending on the crop that it's being applied to, what grassy weeds you're dealing with and how many times a year you plan on applying it. For best results, apply Clethodim targeting small ryegrass plants (2-3 leaf) in warmer, frost-free conditions. Ryegrass control with Clethodim can be significantly reduced if frost exposure occurs prior to spraying.
